First Aid/CPR for Mountain Bikers | Backcountry Medical Guides

First Aid/CPR program geared to prepare Mountain Bike Trail Leaders and riders with preventative and emergency first aid management skills adapted specifically for mountain bikers. This one day course takes place in the Chuckanut Mountains near Larrabee Park.

Our Bike Clubs ride weekly in the spring and fall. Each session typically meets one afternoon per week for 6-8 weeks. Rides are 1.5-2 hours in length. There is a Ride Leader and Sweep for every group of 6-8 kids.

JoyRiders Kick-Off | International Women's MTB Day

Join us for our kick-off ride and on-mountain party on May 3rd, International Women's Mountain Bike Day! We will split into groups by downhill skill level and uphill pace for a 2-3 hour ride and then re-convene at the on-mountain event clearing off Pipeline road for a post-ride cookout.

Mark your calendars: the Jr Ski to Sea Race returns to Bellingham on Saturday, May 9th, and this year's event is bringing exciting updates! For those new to the event: the race is a team relay designed for kids and teens ages 8 to 18, built around the same spirit as the iconic adult Ski to Sea Race.
